Our Return Policy

At Dloxxly, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade products and gift wrapping services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Handmade Products

For our handmade products (candles, soaps, cards, and décor items):

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a full refund or replacement.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Gift Sets

For gift sets:

  • Complete gift sets may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition.
  • Partial returns of gift set components are not accepted.
  • Custom-curated gift sets are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Gift Wrapping Services

For gift wrapping services:

  • If you are not satisfied with our gift wrapping service, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos.
  • We will offer a refund of the wrapping service fee or provide a rewrap at no additional cost.
  • Once a wrapped gift has been opened by the recipient, we cannot offer refunds on wrapping services.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email at info@dloxxly.world or call us at +14239305172 within the specified timeframe.
  2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and address information.
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible.
  5. Ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • Other payment methods may take up to 14 business days to process.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items of equal value if you prefer an exchange rather than a refund. Please follow the same procedure as for returns and specify that you would like an exchange and which item you would prefer.
